Terms of Service
Last updated August 3, 2026 · Sovchilar is operated by PixelKraft.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sovchilar (the “Service”), a community networking platform operated by PixelKraft (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Sovchilar is
Sovchilar helps people discover and connect with others based on goals, languages, lifestyle preferences, and place. It is a community networking product — not a dating, romance, or matchmaking service. You are responsible for how you use connections you make.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Sovchilar, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts
Access is provided via passwordless email sign-in (one-time links). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or Community Guidelines.
4. Profiles and content
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile details, photos, messages, and similar). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
We may remove content or restrict features when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect members, the Service, or legal compliance.
5. Connections and messaging
Features such as browsing, connection requests, and messaging are provided to support voluntary networking. Free and paid tiers may have different limits. We do not guarantee introductions, replies, or outcomes from any connection.
6. Paid features
Some features require a paid subscription (“Pro”) or complimentary access we may grant (for example via invites). Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of PixelKraft. Charges on your statement may appear as “PixelKraft”. See our Billing & Refunds policy for details.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Peer-facing surfaces are designed to limit how much identifying detail others can see.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelKraft and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
