Privacy Policy
Last updated August 3, 2026 · Sovchilar is operated by PixelKraft.
This Privacy Policy describes how PixelKraft (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Sovchilar. We operate the Service as a community networking platform.
1. Who we are
The controller of personal data for Sovchilar is PixelKraft. Contact: privacy@pixelkraft.net.
2. Information we collect
- Account: email address and session identifiers used for passwordless sign-in.
- Profile: details you choose to provide (name, birth date, location, languages, lifestyle preferences, goals, bio, photos, and similar).
- Usage: connection requests, messaging metadata, browse activity needed to run limits and safety features, and similar product events.
- Billing: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Support: feedback, reports, and emails you send us.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service
- Authenticate you and maintain sessions
- Show compatible profiles and facilitate connections you choose
- Process subscriptions and prevent abuse
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations
- Send transactional email (sign-in links, important account notices)
4. What other members can see
Peer-facing views are intentionally limited. Other members typically see a public display name (first name and last initial), profile fields you make available through the product, and photos you upload. Exact date of birth is not shown to peers. Some details (such as location or bio) may be gated behind Pro or other product rules.
5. Sharing
We share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the product (for example Cloudflare for hosting/infrastructure, Stripe for payments, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tag management and aggregated usage measurement, and email delivery providers).
- Other members, only as needed for the networking features you use.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention
We retain account and profile data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for security, dispute resolution, backups, or legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account; some records may remain where we are legally required to keep them.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a hosted web application (encrypted transport, access controls, and infrastructure hardening). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
8. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
9. Your choices
You can update profile information in the app, manage billing through Stripe’s customer portal where available, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable law. Email privacy@pixelkraft.net.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
